Regular Orders

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Pre-Orders

Items marked as Pre-Order require additional time for production and fulfillment. Pre-orders are expected to ship within 4–6 weeks from the date your order is placed.

Please note that pre-order timelines are estimates and may vary slightly due to production, quality control, or carrier delays.

Order Updates

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped together once all items are ready unless otherwise stated.

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside of our control.
